We are hopeful that Uptown Salons will be able to re-open our doors on May 1st.
But....we need to all prepare for the guidelines and conditions that could be placed on our type of business.

These are just a few things that we think will be required:

Masks for both you and the client
Gloves
Temperature checks
Pre-screening each client prior to appointment
No walk-ins
Limited people in each suite
No extra people, client only. Exception would be caregiver for elderly or special needs
No clients in the hallways
Thoroughly disinfecting suite after each client

We recommend that you purchase a digital thermometer, a few boxes of alcohol swabs, disposable face masks for clients, a reusable face mask for yourself, and gloves for your suite. Please ensure that you have plenty of disinfectant and Lysol.

Coffee Bars will remain closed, the doors will remain locked and we will use our entry system for controlled access.

**John spoke with Erica at Armstrong McCall. They are fully stocked and have gloves and disinfectant. The "Curbside" pickup hours of operation for the Louetta location: Monday-Tuesday 10AM-2PM
I-45 location: Wednesday-Friday 10AM-2PM
Please check with your beauty supplier for their hours of operations.

Erica also stated that several beauty lines (ex. Paul Mitchell) are helping stylists out. We recommend that you contact your product lines to see if they are offering any type of assistance or incentives.

Take the next two weeks creating a wait list and working your social media pages.
